Ideas for the Constructing Identity project

I was considering exploring my identity as shaped by the cultural around me and the personal choices I've made within the culture(s) that surround me and influence my life, and also which cultures influence me the most, and which I embrace and those that I do not, and the conflict between the cultures I participate in. I was also considering exploring the identity of my parents as it relates to my own, looking into those things that I could have been born with , versus those that I have learned, and how I am different from my parents because of the time I have spend away with them and because of the people I spend my time with. I will most likely use a great deal of music, or musical references, as this is a major influence in my life, as well as clips from movies that have influenced me the greatest.
